The course provided the time to reflect and re-evaluate on my values and to consider my own emotional intelligence. The tasks were interesting and helped me to understand how others perceive me and how I perceive others and how to regulate my emotions/behaviours. Really great ideas and information thank you which will help me in my job.
The values tool gave me deeper insights as to what is important to me and how I present to others. Taking time out to consider my own purpose will help me to present more authentically

Loved the four models and the Values Discovery process which was a real surprise and provided some deep insights. l liked the exercises about empathy which helped me to explore it practically. Understanding how Why? fits with motivation was also fascinating. The depth of discussion was really useful for us as a group .
Great course pushing me to think about concepts which I can apply in my daily work.

The Slide and the Course material needed to be aligned with Page numbers. It was difficult to find some pages relating to the slide deck.
