Course needed more structure and more interaction. Chris delivers the course very well but maybe some activities and group work would help.
Dave was a competent and experienced trainer who had good knowledge and experience.
Lynne was great, she kept us all engaged and made sure that everyone was listened to and asked everyone their opinion! She was so friendly which made us all more connected as well!
