I really enjoyed this course. I found Rose to be highly knowledgeable, approachable and willing to share experiences and answer questions openly. The delivery of the course was well paced and full of tools and methodologies that I will definitely aim to implement in future projects.

Found that the work book did not follow the slides and so time was spent going back and forth the book trying to find information to make notes In the correct areas.

Detailed and explanatory. Easy to understand

I felt the information given throughout the course was relevant. Neil was so polite and funny and put my mind at ease throughout training nor causing any anxiety. Knowledge kept up to date and able to apply within role.

Very good course , very informative, I feel more confident with my abilities to help when someone needs it .
