Great facilities, both trainers were fantastic and really helpful. Really enjoyed the practical element of creating switching schedules and switch out the circuit breakers.

The course could be laid out better. More practical needed for a better understanding of components covered at great length in theory lessons. Can be confusing for beginners, on which the course is designed for.

My only criticism is that qualifications should be checked prior to attending the course. If a prior qualification is required as a prerequisite the candidate should not be allowed to attend until the qualification is achieved.

Excellent course, finished the course with the knowledge & confidence to HV switch, S9 completed previous. Great facility with a huge range of apparatus to work on during practical activities.

Enjoyable bite size class with good course content. Steve promoted healthy debate and discussion around various procedural topics across the class who all came from different industries. Interesting to hear others feedback. Will certainly be implementing in work what I’ve learned in classroom. 4th time in faraday doing various HV courses. Enjoy it every time.
