Course folder should be provided as part of the material, to enable notes to be added and mark ups. You are not allowed to keep this unless you pay extra. Good range of switchboards, for practical exercises. Practical venue was cold. Overall course content and structure was good.
Trainer is great. Course is good. Venue is very cold, requires more heaters during the winter time.
