Really useful. Had started a lot of this thinking with my staff and it was a great revisitation and consolidation. It actually made me think a lot about adult learning through our own staff development pathways.

Brad was absolutely amazing and so inspirational and engaging. Normally I find it hard to listen for long periods but he kept his presentation interesting and engaging and at a good pace.
