Completing the Level 3 Certificate in Safety, Health and Environmental Knowledge has been a genuinely valuable experience for me. I would like to say a big thank you for all the help, guidance and support I received throughout the course. From start to finish, I felt well supported and encouraged, which made the whole learning process much smoother and more enjoyable. I have learned a great deal during this course, and it has significantly expanded my knowledge of health, safety and environmental management. It really opened my eyes to many small but very important details that play a huge role in day-to-day work. As a Quarry Foreman, I now have a much better understanding of how attention to detail, risk awareness and proper procedures directly impact safety and efficiency on site. Special thanks go to Tom Felix, who was my assessor. He was excellent throughout the course — very knowledgeable, supportive and always available when I needed help or clarification. I recently completed the Quarry Operation Supervision course from IQ, and it was an excellent learning experience. For the venue and location, I am unable to comment much since I am doing the course online. But from the presentation of the 1st tutorial the place looked quite good.

Excellent course which would benefit quarry operators and managers, not just explosives users. Topics covered are relevant to the whole mineral extraction process, not just D&B. Very informative regarding subjects such as ethics, sustainability, legal compliance and downstream benefits.

I had some issues submitting assessments. But Kerry Froggett was an absolute legend with all her IT support and converting my work to PHF. She has been a great help to me and always friendly and available to help with anything.
