Overall a very good day, the trainer's knowledge and experience shone through and I also learnt from my colleagues experiences , which the trainer made room for throughout the day.
Due to the short nature of the course some of the models used could not be thoroughly explained and expanded on.
Excellent day again probably one of the only training providers I have worked with that didn’t make me nearly fall asleep I was alert and engaged the whole day good job Mark👍
