Was a useful session in preparing us for our coaching practice.
The second day has gone quite well. The information presented in this session at the last one has improved my confidence during the coaching practice session
I enjoyed today, I feel I am learning theories and skills that are directly applicable to my coaching practice so it doesn't seem a chore. This is something I am interested in completing and look forward to the journey ahead. I also felt heard, the group discussions were excellent and everyone was respectful. Claire did very well enabling open, honest and free flowing discussions without running an autocratic workshop.
