Due to the short nature of the course some of the models used could not be thoroughly explained and expanded on.

I made myself notes as we went along with my own reflections: happy to share and they are copied below Top tips - my reflections - More relationships/networks - better you can influence (proven building rapport assists influence) - Being aware of who your key stakeholders are and who are around them (stakeholder map review) - Consider the prioritising effort diagram for my key stakeholders - work out the interest vs power and link to my stakeholder analysis - My attitude - the way I work/operate will help how I work with my stakeholder ○ Values and my beliefs - clear on what mine are ○ Behaviour - how I operate, the visual ques will have positive influence on others (have positive feedback on this) - because I engage in a positive respectful way and my behaviour reflects this, what I give others will give back ○ If someone likes me they are more positively impacted by me - behaviour has a direct affect on someone elses attitude - this is what is visible - Practice T.E.D questions (tell, explain, describe) - Negotiation pyramid ○ think about all approaches before go in - think about what you need to do and the level of risk. Be prepared for fall out - plan B ○ My approach is collaborating/compromise day to day - but self-awareness of when to move to other approaches
