I have thoroughly enjoyed the 2nd workshop. There is plenty of opportunities to ask questions if needed and I think the timings for the break out rooms, break the sessions up too.

This session was very insightful and gave me lots to self reflect on.
Today has been fantastic, it's so good to meet all of the other people on the course and hear how different organisations work and also what might not work so well. It is also good to get everyone's different views on how things are approached and different theories.
For me this session was a great refresher for the Leadership study I did back in 2009. I found the trainer very knowledgeable and the group engaging which found the learning more enjoyable. It was good to hear about other managers roles and some of the difficulties they come up against. Looking forward to the next module.
