Richard was very good at explaining and was very good at keeping the class lively and not boring with a few jokes here and there, answered all questions with the same attitude which is great as makes you feel like you’re not asking a silly one.
Enjoyed the course doing the scenarios at the end is very nerve racking but is good to give you a feel for different things that you can come across

Everything from start to finish was excellent. Great facilities good information before the course. Richard delivered the course really well. He had lots of insight had some useful information and listened to everyone and answered their questions in a proffessional way. The course was kept quite lighthearted and made the 3 days really enjoyable.

Best first aid course I’ve done and I’ve been doing them every 2 years for 20 years. Very informative, lots of useful equipment and kept the tone light even though we were covering a serious subject.
