Well informed, easy to understand, well explained
Gary was fantastic and explained each aspect of the course incredibly well along with a life experience example of the aspect to make the understanding very clear
Refresher course, was a good course and enjoyed it very much
Very knowledgable and great way of putting things into perspective for real life events/situations. A lot of information to take in over three days but good we have the book to take away with us for practise etc
