Richard was extremely informative with all aspects of this First Aid Course. His presentation was extremely easy to follow and will be extremely useful to use in our workplace.

Course was very good, Richard made the course very interesting engaging, and passed the time well with humour. Always willing to answer questions. Some of tricker scenarios could have been answered in more detail, for example there was a question of the validity of car insurance when driving a work colleague to the ER. These kindas of questions can be tricky however. Sandwiches were also delicious.
Stefan conducted this course really well. He made this very enjoyable and everyone was engaging.
