Richard was very engaging and helpful. Full of knowledge and expertise. Very animated personality which helps when only discussing and talking through subjects. Location was far from work place. But iverall easy to find and locate. And room size was adequate for course size of class. Thank you Richard

Brilliant, informative and engaging, and good balance of practice and theory. Serious, level headed stuff but had a laugh also.
Overall felt so comfortable training and learning from Richard. Great First aid and medical knowledge, definitely learnt from the best. Would highly recommend
