Absolutely fantastic course, trainer Richard explained things brilliantly and made it all very easy to understand. This could not have been any better in my opinion. All my questions were answered perfectly.

Overall I can’t really fault the course. Our trainer was very knowledgeable and keen to answer any questions we had, as well as open discussion about subjects to promote us to think about additional circumstances. The practical exercise was good as well. I do think it can be a little overwhelming learning everything over a couple of days, it’s easy to forget, so I’d need to drill these things a few times to really memorise it, but everyone learns differently.

Excellent course and instructor was enthusiastic and informative. Lots of detail covered with excellent practical examples. I have been doing first aid for 25yrs and this course is the first one where I got to practice choking and using a face shield which I found very useful. Thank you
