Excellent course, mix of both practical and theory was very good. For me personally I feel I have the confidence to administer first aid at work. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable 3 days.

I enjoyed the content of the course although I found the pace a bit too fast at times. The practical side of things was great and I enjoyed the humour from the instructors.
Richard and Keith were very friendly and I found it very easy to understand and will be going away with a lot of knowledge and confidence they looked after us all very well will highly recommend there training and would like to thank them for all there knowledge
My fourth FAW course with Albacare over the years, yet still as relevant, interesting and informative as the first, thanks to the manner in which it was presented by Richard throughout the three days, ably assisted by Keith. As usual, there was a broad spectrum of candidates taking the course, from a variety of different work environments, yet the pace was suited to to everyone, with questions encouraged throughout, which demonstrated the wealth of knowledge that the course presenter had at his disposal. The course content, whilst covering all general aspects of First Aid at Work, uses a good balance of theory, together with practical demonstration, with candidates having numerous opportunities to participate. This combination drew a good balance of serious subject matter, woven with moments of humour to lighten the mood and keep everyone focused. A very enjoyable three days and a big thank you to the whole team at Albacare, including the Admin Team, who, along with course presenters, all go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
