Great, mixture of knowledge, presentation, practical and video. Richard was also great fun. Exceeding my expectations.
Course was slide heavy, however good interaction from instructors. Key points discussed regarding mental health and some examples of good practice to promote within the workplace.
Well presented course from two very knowledgeable tutors. I enjoyed the exercises and they were well timed within the coursework. The tutors shared personal experiences which added to the training. The videos were thought provoking and educational. Good venue with nice lunch and tea/coffee biscuits provided. No negative findings from the course.
Keith was very efficient and could tell he had a passion for first aid and helping others. Great good and would highly recommend.
