Richard was a fabulous instructor - very clear and approachable. The course is very thorough and the practical is helpful for building up your confidence. It was all relevant and useful.

Course was very good, Richard made the course very interesting engaging, and passed the time well with humour. Always willing to answer questions. Some of tricker scenarios could have been answered in more detail, for example there was a question of the validity of car insurance when driving a work colleague to the ER. These kindas of questions can be tricky however. Sandwiches were also delicious.

Really enjoyable in depth course

Stefan conducted this course really well. He made this very enjoyable and everyone was engaging.
