Course lecturer was very good, answered all questions well and made me feel comfortable from the start. Materials provided (11th edition book) seems to have everything needed. Has some good background knowledge as well to understand the areas. All in a good course to have been a part of.
The online part did not take as long as it says but the on the day was very informative, Keith was a great instructor and I can honestly say I feel more confident and comfortable if I need to use the first aid
