Richard was very informative and helpful. I have learned so much and i would feel comfortable doing the best i could in an emergency situation. He was very animated and engaging but serious when we had to be. Thankyou so much

Richard was very engaging and helpful. Full of knowledge and expertise. Very animated personality which helps when only discussing and talking through subjects. Location was far from work place. But iverall easy to find and locate. And room size was adequate for course size of class. Thank you Richard
