The course was very interesting and enjoyable. I learned so much in such a short time. I cannot stress how much I appreciated Richard as an instructor! He was informative, knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. He was absolutely fantastic during the entirety of the course and always happy to take the time to answer questions no matter how trivial they may have seemed. I hope, if ever I take another first aid course with albacare, that I have the pleasure of having Richard as an instructor again.

Richard was welcoming and friendly, kept the course light and interesting, while still explaining the seriousness of situations that can arise. Was a very enjoyable course.
