The Course was fantastic, extremely informative & clearly helps & saves lives, Delighted to have had the pleasure of Richard teaching / giving the course, Had me glued to his every word, Keith a very nice guy also, pair worked well & bounced off each other, Thoroughly enjoyed & my eyes have been opened at the outstanding job these guys do for us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Richard was a fantastic instructor and made the course an absolute pleasure of an experience. He used humour at all the perfect moments, was incredibly thorough with all of the course content and was very friendly and approachable. The group size was good, not too little or too many and the overall dynamic between the students was great. The free lunches and how generally hospitable and accommodating albacare is was a big bonus too! Would recommend the course, and Richard as an instructor, to anyone.

I very much enjoyed the course, particularly the size of the group. It was interactive and interesting. The group were given the opportunity to ask questions and the pace of the day was just right.
