Course was really informative and interactive. Both Richard and Keith were friendly and made the course theory realistic to the workplace.

From having no first aid background previously, over the past few days the information relayed to myself has improved my knowledge massively. This is credit to Richard and Keith with the knowledge they have and the course format. Very impressive. Location and catering was very good also. Would recommend to anyone to have their training here in the future.
