Great to refresh FA knowledge and skills. Also enjoyed discussion with group.
Keith was very engaging from the outset and kept the interaction going throughout. Despite having done several refreshers I came away with new knowledge and increased confidence.
Have successfully completed the 3 days course. Keith was excellent at explaining and demonstrating the importance of first aid.
