I liked how the instructor was pretty blunt with how first aid can be it's the first time I've actually had that in the 6 years of doing first aid One bit of feedback is the location of the venue all 3 days of the course i had a terrible time trying to get into the place from public transport, if i had known how bad it was to get to i wouldn't have taken the course,it took my onto busy roundabouts flooded underpasses and 60 mph roads to get past 3 under passes, maybe a bit of a warning or comment on the website about it to let people know as not everyone has a car or can take it because of company policy
Very well organized course, felt at ease both days. good use of groups for training rather than as individuals.

Brilliant course, Keith was very knowledgeable and personable as well. Definitely made first aid at work feel less scary and I now feel more confident. Lovely bright, clean building too!
