Have attended many first aid courses in the past but this was by far the best. Learned loads - Instructor really was brilliant!
Great course and very engaging, plenty of hands on practice and the presentation was very easy to follow and understand.
Really happy with the course. I’ve done a few first aid courses and this is the first one I’ve actually learned anything on. Richard was really nice, funny, warmed the audience up well on day 1!
Instructor was very knowledgeable and made the course fun and interactive. A lot of classroom environments become quite dull and un engaging however this was not the case all 3 days were different with plenty of group discussion and real life examples which helped bring the course down to reality and make it more interesting and relatable.
Really good course, you learn everything what you need to be a first aider.
Richard is a great instructor. Very knowledgeable and has a great way of making things easy to understand. I really liked seeing the videos of real life cardiac arrests as it gave you an insight into what to expect. Richard was open to any questions raised about different scenarios. Brilliant course.
Course was well presented. Content was clearly covered and reviews helped reinforce concepts. Presenter did a good job presenting the content in sufficient detail while also adding humour and other ways of keeping it engaging.
Richards knowledge and ability to find answers to questions put to him by candidates was second to none. Will definitely recommend albacare to anyone requiring first aid at work training.
