Great day , found it useful to apply to lots of different situations , reinforced the good practice I already use in conversations with parents and staff and learnt new skills and techniques to improve the way I handle situations

Jack created a Very safe & comfortable learning environment from the start. He delivered in a friendly manner and I found the course extremely interesting & felt i had learnt a lot of useful strategies

Very useful and definitely needed in practice as past experience, it would have been more helpful in those situations.
