I had Steve teach us throughout the day. He was very engaging and included all of the group for talk sessions. The practical parts were great for learning and ensured we were all doing it properly.

Course was spectacular I was able to understand that is is better to use least restrictive method before using restrictive methods. The tutor was brilliant she explained everything so I could understand it was very engaging.
