Had lots of knowledge and understanding of the subject she made it very fun and easy to remember the breakaway restraints she was very easygoing and perfect as a trainer.

The course helped as I forgot how to do some restrains. Natalie was amazing and listened to what we had to say. And was patient and made it fun instead of boring.
