Very informative regarding positive behavioural support and restraint. Will be very useful in my day to day work, especially with certain clients. Trainers answered any questions the group had with useful information.

Fun and interactive, felt open to ask questions whenever I wanted and that no question was stupid. Liam was really informative, understanding with subject based questions we had and took the time to think about them and answer them as well as come up with solutions for us.
Liam was a fantastic trainer for level 3, understanding of the potential trauma restraint can cause to staff as well as patients. wish I had this training earlier in my career.
