Absolutely loved this course, very welcoming, very friendly, made it fun rather than dull and boring, both trainers are amazing and would love to do the 3 day course again next year

I had such an amazing experience, Liam and Kristy were such a fantastic trainers, took their time to answer questions and explain stuff. I feel really empowered in these techniques to better communicate and support the people I work with. It was interesting and fun and the overall course is fantastic

The course was very informative, it gave a insight into different behaviours and now it impacts based on approaches, using different strategies.

The training is quite good, practical skills, and i confident going forward and supporting young people
