The RRN course is one of the best I have undertook so far and learned a lot from the physical intervention part to the mental health explanation of it. I believe it is essential to take this course if someone wants to work in the hospital environment as it applies 200%. Ben, Steve & kirstie are of the best and are highly qualified when explaining the course in an easiest way for everyone to understand from different backgrounds. Well done jobResponse : Hi. Thank you for the excellent feedback. I have personally sent Kirstie, Roger & Ben an email congratulating them on an excellent course. Thanks again for taking the time to leave feedback.

So the training I received I've known other colleagues do the same technique without the training and it's always worked so I'm more than confident

I have more about autism, legislation on mental health, how to keep people safe, how to communicate with people, how to restrain people/patients absolutely if necessary, using divert way to help a patient by distracting them and help them when triggered. Ways to approach patients in a polite and caring manner lots more have learned. Thank you to Ben for bringing this honestly.
