Lots to think about regarding learning difficulties, triggers and cues. To consider how to improve communication and create a calm environment to meet patients needs. To be more self aware.

A lot of intense information given over a long day, the handout will be helpful to reflect up the day and understand what I have learnt. Good to share experiences of our working practice with others who work through the trust

Trainer very interactive and informative. Expected more de-escalation techniques, however it has now been made clear this is covered on day 2. Materials great for all learners - liked having own booklet to follow / highlight and make notes.

This was a useful course which can be implemented in my clinical area. It was good to have group discussions and gather other people’s ideas. There is no improvement. Overall this was useful and I have learnt quite a lot.
