Fantastic trainer and very knowledgeable and I feel like I have come away with a lot more information on how to deal with situations and better knowledge on how to manage people's baselines and deesculate situations

Really interesting. Learnt lots of ways to positively interact and defuse situations within my job. Was given new ideas to look for cues and how to diffuse situations

I have really enjoyed this course, I am satisfied. I can definitely apply this not just at work but in my daily life. Now I understand how service users and anyone I come across.
