It was a useful refresher of my counselling training.
excellent trainer I've learned a lot over the last 2 days.
Tutor very clear voice and speech. Timely sessions not over running. Encouraging tutor, who used names to support Involvement.
Excellent trainer felt so at ease, nerves disappeared within the first half an hour of the course. So much detail in the way tge course is explained and easy to understand. Andy is one of the best trainers iv every come across looking forward to the next refresher course
I really enjoyed this training and Andy the trainer was very informative and went over things to fully understand the training I was doing andy the trainer was fun but also very good at teaching physical intervention thanks for the training

Well led and well informed. Interesting/ practical examples as far as Covid rules allow. Ashleigh knows what she is talking about and was happy to answer questions
