Very informative and I really did enjoy it. Looking forward to level 2 being in person.
The trainer (Kirstie) was very knowledgeable and excellent at conveying this information. Their experience in the field was clear and they presented a reassuring approach to teaching the necessary materials. Some good inclusions of personal experiences which were relevant, timely and of an engaging nature. 10/10 would recommend :)
Very informative, interesting & an enjoyable 3 days worth of training. Lots of group activities to get everyone involved.
The teacher/trainer lead the course in a way which meant it was personalised to the staff so it was more understandable and relatable, informative and enjoyable, felt like I could speak my mind and ask questions without being judged

Kirstie was really knowledgeable and put the theory into really relevant stories that we would see in practice. The content was really easy to follow and for me being new to the role it was all really relevant. Kirstie made the course enjoyable in the delivery of it. Thank you Kirstie.
