Brilliant training and good understanding from Andy
Excellent course well structured and delivered. Lots of content but delivered in a way that didn't feel overwhelming. Great content that all should follow.
Andy was a brilliant trainer at the start of the week I lacked confidence and wasn’t sure how I would do on this course but with Andy’s help I got a good understanding of the course and my confidence has grown. Andy made me feel comfortable and his knowledge of the subject is amazing
After completing the RRN training I feel more than able that I can deliver the training confidently, concisely and safely. This is down to the instructor AW who has built my confidence and help me understand RRN/PBS to now where I can deliver RRN with accuracy and confidence
This is a phenomenal course & overall experience. Andy is extremely knowledgeable, gives constructive feedback, instils confidence & has brought out the best in every participant on our course. Very, very good. The teachers ability to interact and engage all participants was excellent. He was extremely friendly. I have learnt vital information on challenging behaviours as well as the ability to restrain if necessary.
