Very well presented, gave a good understanding about the course.
Trainer had lots of knowledge he made staff comfortable I was more confident about my job roll and learned very good techniques to put into practice He listened to staff

Kirstie was a great trainer, engaging and down to earth, a chatty few hours spent learning and sharing experiences. really enjoyed it. only scored 2 stars on new skills/ knowledge because i have worked in roles where i have used PBS a lot.
