Is a good course and I have enjoyed so much. I am going back to work with more information about my skills. Both trainees where so good in passing information. So thankful to them.

I found the three days interesting and very useful and has equipped me with the skills that I may need to use in work, the course teacher was amazing she was really nice and funny and explained things enough for me to understand while also showing us the skills we would need to use.
The cause was very good and kirsty was able to provide enough knowledge around the cause enabling the team to understand the areas spoken about
Kirsty was brilliant & so was Andy. Very thorough & as I’m new to it all very easy to understand.
Very useful, friendly. Didn’t mind going over practical things several times and I have gained a lot of knowledge and good practice skills from this course.
