Good training session however would be more beneficial if it was face to face

It's good enough as an online course. First Aid is useful as a practical course. I appreciated hearing other participants' experiences. Thank you Courtney.

I was sent on this course, but I am a biomedical scientist based in the Transfusion Laboratory. The course is ward based and so some of it is not relevant to me. I do not use hoists or move patients. The CPR and AED are useful.

Short course, good for refreshment.

Good for refresher but needs to be face to face for a new care staff.

I think it's been good as a refresher because sometimes little things changed but not much thank you for your time and help.

Interesting course, good trainer, do feel certain aspects are better face to face - e.g. CPR demonstration hard to see and hear

The videos did not altogether appear to reflect the policy, however the trainer emailed learning and development straight away to report this.

As someone completely new to care It was a bit unclear whether this was supposed to be a general first aid course or one more specific to elderly care.
