Very good and clear, shame the course is delivered by zoom (as it is First Aid), and i do believe it would be much better face to face. However, this course and the presentation was very good. Sufficient breaks

In my opinion the training is well structured. I have gained helpful additional information from the trainer helping me to develop deeper understanding in CPR, burns as we as techniques for application for different vulnerable adults with mobility and ability issues.

Very well delivered course. Only criticism would be that there is too much overlap with the e-learning already completed. Also I’m a CPN and the course is very ward focussed.
