Hoist was out of date but otherwise a good training day. Chris was very knowledgable and engaging.

Chris was fantastic, really engaging and informative and truly made me learn new things which I didn’t expect coming to the training today. It was fun and easy to throw myself into the practical activities and didn’t find it boring compared to previous training courses

The only negative about the venue is that the manual handling bed that is being used is way too low. It’s a trolley. The bed needs to be one with an adjustable height for people who have back problems.

Chris was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and helped to make training which I have completed many times more interesting.

From this zoom course today I did learn a lot of things I did not know, basic first aid is a very important subject and these sort of courses are good to learn and reflect
