Technical issues, a break after 2 hours and 10 minutes, trainer only reading the slides, this training should be face to face

Good course and Craig was informative , however being in admin a lot did not apply.

Sam was lovely and very knowledgeable

For online training it was very engaging probably one of the best i have attended. It was also useful to see the CPR video to see what it is you are actually doing rather than just showing us how to deliver CPR. The choking video was very good too.

i have really enjoyed this training session, i was concerned doing first aid training on zoom but i feel it has been effective, thankyou
