Great trainer, easy to understand and concise. However it was a lot of information to take in at once and would be good to have this topic split up over a 2 day period.

This course allowed be to understand the importance of health and safety and how to prevent incidents from taking place and also how to protect myself if I was in any danger. Although almost of the strategies explained , I was already aware of , I am now confident with for the future and happy that I went over this today.

Good interactive session. Videos were effective enough as we could not physically practice the procedures ourselves.

A good overview of all necessary information and plenty of links

sad to see the work we had done prior to the session was then shown all over again. Did hope to see and hear about something new other than previous learning

Very happy with the course!! Very informative!

Very different having to do training via zoom but I think the course went well and the tutor was interesting and knowledgeable. It was great being able to do the vaccine up date from my office so I was still able to work this morning.
