Very knowledgeable, I'm very happy with the contents and the explanation, overall very good.

Would like to do more training in other areas, such as end of life, diabetes, brain injuries, or be made aware of what is available so I can see if there is something that might take my interest

Profer to do all courses online on zoom think it works really well

Given the complex nature of the course subject, Tracheostomy Care, I find the course content and materials very responsible, effective and appropriate; apart from the absence of printed hand-outs. I also believe the length of the course is within reasonable anticipation as practical sections - where techniques are demonstrated - will have taken up a large part of the time. And considering the fact that this is the first day of a "2 Day Course" I strongly believe the objectives of this session were achieved, as the course instructor was instrumental in covering the course session and getting us to understand complex procedures, the purpose and use of equipment and aids, the expectations of the clientele and our responsibility and skills to identify, assess and manage risks and incidents. I am optimistic, motivated and looking forward to the final session of the course.

Overall great refresh of up to date techniques

Enjoyed training didn't enjoying doing on zoom would have liked face to face so I could meet the other people on training. But understand due to Covid training had to be done on Zoom
