I like doing the training on zoom but the full day is just to long

Quite a good recap. Had the opportunity to ask questions and learn.

Great trainer, easy to understand and concise. However it was a lot of information to take in at once and would be good to have this topic split up over a 2 day period.

This course allowed be to understand the importance of health and safety and how to prevent incidents from taking place and also how to protect myself if I was in any danger. Although almost of the strategies explained , I was already aware of , I am now confident with for the future and happy that I went over this today.
