VERY INFORMATIVE AND GOOD COURSE, THOUGH I FEEL THIS SHOULD BE DONE BY THOSE WHO DEAL WITH TRACH/VENT IN THEIR PACKAGES ON DAILY BASIS /WHEN ON SHIFT AS THIS BECOMES MORE PRACTICABLE AND MORE SUITED AND CENTRERED AROUND THE WORK THEY DO.I DO NOT DEAL WITH TRACH/VENT AND HAVE NEVER BEEN IN SUCH A PACKAGE. GETTING KNOWLEDGE THAT YOU DO NOT PRACTICE IS GOOD BUT TENDS TO HAVE CERTAIN AREAS FORGOTTEN AS THEY WILL NOT BE APPLICABLE TO WHAT YOU DO.

Very much prefered zoom training as travel is so tricky as I don't drive

The trainee was very thorough with her information she was giving. She always made sure all of us understood (especially when I didn't know much about it) she would come over and have a bit of a 1 to 1.

Really good course. Cat was really informative. Shame we couldn't practice but understand with current covid issues. Thank you! :)

I enjoyed the training and the trainer always gave room for questions if anyone had any. As a refresher course for me, was interesting and informative.
