Great could have been shorter and more concise.

friendly trainer and knowledgeable

The Webinar wasn’t really what I expected having completed the course work I thought it would be more interactive as I stated before. I did enjoy the short video regarding flu something different and very relevant to today’s Covid crisis.

Was told it was an flu training by management, however this was more generic information of immunisations and vaccines in general and felt information wasn't relevant to the training I thought I would receive. I found the e-learning much more useful and relevant to administering the flu vaccine, the last half hour of the course was the most useful part. Information regarding the different types of flu vaccines and egg content in the last couple of slides was helpful. Updated information on life saving support re covid was very informative, but pictures/photos would have been helpful

I am sure Terri is a very experienced and knowledgeable training, the content was delivered in a very monotone way, when we had an opportunity for questions it was very time limited.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course which was just the correct mix of theory and practical content. Charlie was engaging, entertaining (when appropriate) and highly professional. Highly recommended.

Everything was well explained and wasn’t rushed as some training sessions so often are. Thoroughly enjoyed it and found the learning experience very useful
