Trainer was thorough and methodical, slides were easy to understand and clear, good mix of materials including a number of short videos that showed practical application of Manual handling and BLS theory, he stressed key points throughout the session and gave a competent demo of CPR on adult and infant mannequins, I loved the lights and how they showed effective CPR pushes blood to the brain - very interesting subject updates, thank you.
