One of the best courses I have been on, and far exceeded the last flu training I had a few years ago where the teacher and everyone just wanted to finish early. Got a great opportunity to learn hands on with his individual detailed feedback too.

Mark is knowledgeable about the topic, passionate about impacting the right knowledge, patient during practical demonstrations. Lastly, he is an exciting communicator, able to weave knowledge and humor all together. All these contributed to making an otherwise potentially boring training really interesting. I would highly recommend Mark, he is an excellent trainer. I came out of the training very confident in my flu jabbing skill having never jabbed anyone before ! Well done and thank you Mark.
