I found course very useful as a refresher, but understandably doing training by zoom rather than face to face , made it sometimes more difficult to follow , and see what was been demonstrated

Excellent course (except the fact that I was unable to access the sound to the internal excellent videos (tried to get help from 'the chat' but no reply came (sorry) , but Linda was brilliant; clear; professional yet friendly and approachable (again I tried to speak and thank you and ask questions; pressed 'UNMUTE' but sadly even so; evidently Linda couldn't hear me, but Please thank her very much from me, with best wishes and many thanks, Nicky

apart from connection problems everything was very well presented

Helen was very informative and friendly and made the course interesting. I think the breaks needed to be a little longer and less amount as I had to rush to eat so I wouldn't miss anything! Other than that perfect
