Cat our trainer made it bearable as she was lovely and well-informed, and I did learn bits throughout (hence the three stars) but overall I was just incredibly bored. The content didn't really flow in a way that would be easy to remember and some of the videos shown (whilst all machines regardless of brand do the same thing) were more confusing than helpful - some of the information just made me want to switch off mentally at times.

Found this course helpful on both an educational and practical level. Trainer was knowledgeable and open to questions. Gave good examples so provoked thought around everyday situations, and how best to overcome them
