Ganor is a lovely lady and was very thorough with everything she was explaining. She made sure everyone understood what she was saying made sense and gave everyone an opportunity to ask questions. The training itself was really good, I left feeling more confident in knowing how to help patients when needed. Thank you Ganor :)

Courses was well ran, good instruction and updates given. Instruction given pertaining to our client's with complex needs which was very valuable.

The Training could be made more fun as the turors all have a monotone voice
