Terri presented the content very thoroughly. It was the best face to face training I’ve undertaken.

Under the circumstances the training was very good although without the practical side and the ability to physically see the equipment it possibly made it a little more difficult

Cat our trainer made it bearable as she was lovely and well-informed, and I did learn bits throughout (hence the three stars) but overall I was just incredibly bored. The content didn't really flow in a way that would be easy to remember and some of the videos shown (whilst all machines regardless of brand do the same thing) were more confusing than helpful - some of the information just made me want to switch off mentally at times.
